You can choose between the 125/140 °C and 115/121 °C models. The respective temperature level is set via the control valve in the lid. The valves cannot be interchanged as the thermostat of the appliance is matched and adjusted to the respective valve! The 2nd generation of our laboratory autoclaves comes with a new design, more functions and a newly developed touchscreen control. The steam sterilisers impress with their solid construction and are extremely low-maintenance. Venting is carried out using a flow process or fractional venting. The sterilisation chamber is made of corrosion-resistant, electropolished stainless steel (316L). This makes it extremely robust. A heater is screwed to the bottom of the chamber, but the heating elements are not directly in the water and therefore cannot calcify. This extends the service life of the autoclaves. Our laboratory autoclaves are ready to use in just a few simple steps. The sterilisation chamber can be opened and closed safely and easily with a single movement; simply turn and remove the lid. They are transportable and location-independent. Only a power supply is required. The water supply is a mixture of tap water and demineralised water. Our autoclaves are protected by a multiple safety system. It consists of a pressure relief valve, a pressure valve, a safety lid lock to prevent opening under pressure and a BI metal fuse to prevent the appliance from overheating.
