About this model
Thanks to the preheatable chamber, air cooling system and vacuum pump, the CertoClav Vacuum Pro series laboratory autoclaves enable a fast sterilisation cycle including drying of around 20 minutes. Thanks to the intelligent combination of vacuum, pressure and steam, the CertoClav Vacuum Pro 22 is suitable for solid bodies of all materials as well as hollow bodies. The additional media sensor also guarantees the complete sterilisation of liquids, such as culture media.

The 7-inch, robust and high-resolution touchscreen, CertoTouch, offers intuitive operation. All operating steps are explained directly on the CertoTouch with videos. The autoclaves can be connected to the free CertoCloud. This offers fully automatic logging, remote maintenance and a notification function for PC, tablet or smartphone. Maintenance personnel can be notified by email or SMS. With the predefined standard programmes, repeat function, automatic documentation and short sterilisation cycles, the laboratory autoclave CertoClav Vacuum Pro 22 makes everyday laboratory work much easier. Ideal for material testing and quality control as well as for class B programme cycles. Also suitable for culture media preparation, sterilisation of waste and waste in destruction bags, unpackaged solids without hollow bodies, liquids, bottles, instruments, plastics, rubber, textiles, packaged instruments, porous materials. Sealed bottles
- Crimped or tightly closed glass bottles up to 40 ml: every autoclave.
- Above 40 ml, support pressure is required.
- Plastic bottles, closed or crimped, always need support pressure, whatever the volume.
- Only the VacPro 45 L offers support pressure (ordering option 8500613).
