Class B to EN 13060 is the only small steriliser class qualified for all three difficult load types at once: wrapped goods, hollow bodies and porous materials. It is achieved with fractionated pre-vacuum, which removes trapped air before steam is admitted, followed by a controlled drying phase.

Included. Every CertoClav class B autoclave ships with the CertoAssist terminal. The same chamber sold without it documents to a USB stick and leaves the batch release to a clipboard. That is the whole difference between the configurations.

Count the pouches that leave your treatment rooms on a normal day, and measure your longest instrument. The 18 litre chamber takes roughly 36 pouches per cycle, the 23 litre roughly 46 with a deeper chamber for longer instruments, and the 45 litre is sized for clinics and central reprocessing.

CertoAssist releases, labels and archives each batch at the device, and the cycle can be exported in an EN 13060 compliant format. For hygiene documentation across the whole practice (cleaning, disinfection, packaging, training records), it pairs with ClavioSoft. The routine tests (vacuum, Helix and Bowie-Dick) run as programmes on the device and are documented digitally too.

Not with CertoAssist. It runs on the terminal at the autoclave and needs no cloud account and no server in the back office. That matters in practices with their own data protection requirements.

Reprocessing medical devices is subject to national requirements that normally include periodic validation. We can carry out factory validation, and independent validation service providers cover on-site work. Your dealer will tell you what applies in your country.
