About this model
CertoClav MultiControl 2 is the next generation of the proven MultiControl autoclave controller. With MultiControl, the autoclave can be programmed freely. Standard sterilisation programms are pre installed.

There is a USB connection and a RS232 printer port. PC Software for visualisation of process data is included. (Pro License is required to for programming of multi-step programms. Wide palette of application areas: Sterilisation, culture medium preparation, material testing (ICP-TM 610, HAST Test, GLB-AL 631). Long term cycles are possible without problems. Freely selectable temperature from room temperature up to 140° C (up to 2.7 bar / 39.2 psi gauge pressure). Automatic process cycle and independent malfunction detection. Progress indicator Applications: Compact instruments also simply packaged, liquids (culture mediums), bottles and equipment, refuse sterilisation. Materials testing (ICP-TM 610, HAST, GLB-AL 631). Long time cycles possible. Important features: microprocessor-controlled Electronic process control PT100 temperature sensor Time and temperature individually editable control unit with LCD display Automatic venting in fractional flow process RS232 connection, USB Heating integrated in the base

Sealed bottles
- Crimped or tightly closed glass bottles up to 40 ml: every autoclave.
- Above 40 ml, support pressure is required.
- Plastic bottles, closed or crimped, always need support pressure, whatever the volume.
- Only the VacPro 45 L offers support pressure (ordering option 8500613).
