The CertoClav Neo 45 sterilises wrapped and unwrapped instruments, textiles and hollow bodies to EN 13060; conformity is assessed by the notified body TÜV SÜD. At its heart sits CertoAssist: paperless documentation with batch release on the screen, signed with CertoSign. Over LAN, WiFi and the link to your practice software the records travel by themselves to where you need them.

Behind every device stands the family-owned CertoClav Sterilizer GmbH, building sterilisers in Leonding since 1957. Delivery, installation and the initial validation are done on site by your specialist dealer, the same person you call when something needs looking at.

One, at the practice PC

  1. 1The record is written. CertoAssist logs the cycle as it runs.
  2. 2It travels by itself. CertoAssist hands the record to your practice or hygiene software: 68 programmes, among them ClavioSoft, Segosoft, diosMP, neoQM and RecoTec.
  3. 3You release it there. Check the cycle against the record, release it, print the label.

Two, at the machine

  1. 1Release where it happened. Sign the batch on the screen with CertoSign and print the label.
  2. 2The backup follows. The record is saved and passed on to the PC afterwards.

CertoAssist

The terminal is included, not an accessory. No cloud account, no server in the back office, no practice data leaving the building.

The interfaces under technical data are the autoclave's own; network, barcode and label come with the terminal. For the whole practice it pairs with ClavioSoft.
