Task 2: Cut the pouches
Open the cutting menu (scissors). For task 1 enter a length of 300 mm and a quantity of 4, then press START.

Task 3: Seal the first seam
Drag the pouch, film side up, onto the metal guide on the left. The CertoSeal 300 pulls it through by itself.
Wait until the display shows “Ready”.
Task 4: Pack the forceps
Drag the forceps into the pouch.
Wait until the display shows “Ready”.
Task 5: Seal the second seam
Now the open end: drag the pouch onto the metal guide on the left again.
Wait until the display shows “Ready”.
Task 6: Check the record
Go back to the start screen and open the record (document symbol). Both seals are logged, with temperature and contact pressure.

Task 7: Do the seal check
Tap “Seal test” on the start screen. Then drag the black seal check strip onto the metal guide.
The seam is one even band, without channels, creases or bubbles. Tap “Passed” on the display.

Now the CertoSeal 300 is yours: try the shelf life, the label fields and the system settings.
